Waited almost 45 minutes to open account and only one person served within that time although had multiple bankers. Very disappointing how slow this branch is

I loved this branch until they closed on Saturdays. They were always busy on Saturdays so the decision to close Saturdays is MINDBOGGLING. I’m sure it was made by some corporate bean counter looking out for profits over customer service. Otherwise, the people here are AMAZING. Very helpful, very friendly, really excellent branch.
Just don’t try to go on a Saturday now. :(
