Great selection of children's books for the holidays. The usual great selection of adult books. The lines at checkout were quite long.
Handicap-friendly: escalators, elevator, and nice staff to assist anyone.

Very nice, relatively quiet ambiance. Bookstores like this are always an oasis and I’d live in one if I could. With that being said, if this place is going to stay open they need lower their prices; it’s becoming more of a place to preview books before buying them on Amazon, which is really too bad.
Worst gift wrapping I’ve seen. It’s great that they offer that option free of charge during the holidays, but at least they should pick employees who knows how to do it. Otherwise it ruins the whole point. On the top of that they have a “donation/tip” box upfront.
Great selection! Always neat and clean. A must for book lovers. Has a nice collection of board games and small toys as well.
