Seems to me, they are pretty expensive for what you get. Plenty of parking. Easy on and out. Not very fast at getting your vehicle back to you.
The hand wash here is no comparison to a machine wash at places that use professional car wash equipment that drives through with brushes and power sprays. I had to touch up spots that were still dirty and were easy to remove. They basically use a water hose and rags to wash with little touch up sprays where needed. The wash system here takes a minimal of an hour to complete if getting the inside done too.
If I call you and you tell me my car is done, then it better be done. When I called the second time to see if they finished with the vehicle, they said they were done. I came to the place and it turns out they did not even work on the vehicle. Waste of my time. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
Very bad! Should have looked at the reviews before stopping with my brand new car. No customer service. Cars that arrive after you are washed before yours due to the simple fact that they know someone. Waited forever for a simple wash. They drove my car on the wrong side of veterans going contraflow to park it. Place is so dirty inside with so much cleaning supplies around, go figure. Windows are filthy dirty. I got to say that the end product was mediocre and I am not coming back...
OH, and also make sure they actually gave you the key because when i went to get my vehicle - they said they gave me back the car key already, but why would you give back the car key when you were not even done with the car in the first place? One of the workers claimed they gave it back to me, but guess what- two days later they found the car key at their shop. SO- make sure they actually gave you the key and not try to screw you over.
Absolute worse, half ass expensive detail I ever had done on my Hummer H2. They "misplaced " my hummer tire caps. Really?? Go figure... how's that?? Broke the rubber molding on two doors. Didn't apologize, offer refund or to replace and/or fix their damage! Stay FAR away from these unprofessional, unacceptable buffoons!!
