I love this PINK store, Team member Brittany always helps me and if I call her she takes her time to assist me and if they don't have what I am looking for she will find a location that does!!! I Love PINK!!!!!
Went multiple times thinking I went on an "off" day previously. Unfortunately this site is always horrible. It's dirty. Stuff thrown all over. The staff is incredibly rude. A customer had children running wild and one slammed into me with the staff member watching and said nothing to the child or parent. I put my bag of items I intended to purchase back and won't do business there anymore.
The customer service here is very good. All of the associates will assist you with finding any information about the products. My only complaint is that the wait in the check out line is almost 15mins!!! They should have more registers during the sale season... maybe the sale will go back up.
Walked in to buy underwear and pick out my wedding present with my mother. All the drawers were messy, none of the right sizes in them. 5 for 28 bucks for panties, great deal if you can find more than one large in the store. Finally an employee asked if I needed help. I thought, "thank god!" Nope, just a prompted question, when I ask about larges..."yeah, there aren't a lot." Then opens a low drawer (that was full of smalls and mediums) and walks off on me. Never again.
I always come in for the great sales. The salespeople are always very friendly.
