They have the best staff and amazing service. I asked one of the team members for a kids cart and there weren’t any available but about 5 minutes later she came looking for us and brought us a cart and the kids were overjoyed. They really go out of their way to make everyone happy and most importantly they are all having a good time. Makes the shopping experience so much better!
This store could easily be larger. I suggest you give yourself adequate time to explore when you visit. Hoping to have a store location in N.O. to avoid having to drive to Metairie.
My own experience is that there are a lot of good healthy choices but also not great for regular shopping. We couldn't find a cold drink for my 8 year old, she just wanted water but there were only specialty drinks. We found her a couple snacks that were reasonably priced but most things were priced higher than I'd like. The clerks were kind, and I think it is a cute addition to have child size shopping carts, but overall, the atmosphere just isn't one that I want to be shopping in.
I absolutely love this store. Although it doesn't have a wide variety of options, its still an great option. Trader Joe's has a great environment. This place has some of the best customer service of any business. The workers are hospitable and helpful. In addition, it is a big plus to get organic foods at reasonable prices.
I cannot say enough food things aboht Trader Joe's. Whether you are looking for food, wine, beer or a snack every thing TJs offers is amazing. They have a return policy where if you wont like something bring it back, and will let you try anything in the store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Keeps me coming back.
