The items I paid to print turned out to be the wrong item when the person behind the counter said the file name was correct, and my money was not refunded, not for the guest card or the copies.

I come here quite often to find a quiet place to study and stay focused. Aside from the creepers who sit in the parking lot for free wifi, I find it funny how the librarians and the "security guard" ask me to keep my conversations down when I'm standing near THE BATHROOMS away from everything, but they frequently have unrelated, loud, leisure conversations with other staff or patrons... In fact, as I sit here and type now I can hear the bellowing laughter of the librarian on the second floor...
The cafe in the entrance area is great for grabbing a quick bite or coffee & returning to your studies. Food from the cafe can't be taken into the library, for obvious reasons; but certain drink items are allowed in, depending on the lid type.
