I just watched a cabby from star cabs go ballistic inside of a Walgreens over a fare. Police were called. I certainly don’t want her driving me anywhere.
All of the dispatchers are professional and polite. The drivers are very knowledgeable about destinations and time-of-service.. Their phone application works on my phone and it's very easy to use it. I forgot my wallet in the backseat and the cab driver gave me a call and said that he's on his way back too return my wallet. I will be using this service again as opposed to the other Internet dispatched providers who do not come close.
I was in town visiting family and needed a ride so I called star cabs and was super suprises oh how nice the dispatcher was. It seemed as if she really enjoyed talking to me. The cab got to me pretty fast too. The cab was clean and the driver was awesome. he let me charge my phone and pick the music. Other then light traffic it was perfect.
They used to be called Service Cab, so I guess when they changed owners, the drivers changed from manly to girly like. I've finally opened an app taxi service on my phone, I won't reveal the name until I experience it again for review.
I love this cab service they always come and some of them really friendly.I freaking love them.
The cab driver whined and complained when I asked him how much will it be as we were driving. He reminded me of my ex wife whining about stuff. I've never been this disappointed in a cab service before. I even tipped him 5 dollars over as my way of saying, "if you're going to whine about it, here's 5 extra bucks, go eat another buffet."
