Despite premature mention of its demise, Orange Julius is alive and well at Dairy Queen! Haven't tried too many of the other storefronts, but this whole stretch of Airline has just enough stank on it to attract nearby prostitutes and truckers while catering to the die-hard David Duke supporters living just behind this shopping center. A little something for all, especially if you relish that early 1950's vibe.
It ok there are a few good places there.
Go there to visit sav a lot store. Easy to get in and out of parking lot. No problem finding parking. Seems to be safe surroundings. However stay alert wherever.
I love their combinarion fried rice. It's the best.
Stopped here to get a dipped cone from the Dairy Queen. Sometimes you need one or the nostalgia, or both. It was good, the integrity of whatever fake chocolate they use still covers the cone and creates this fun treat. Yes, it is fun. Ha.
The food at this Kathay location is pretty good..tou can call ahead and place your order and it will be ready when you get there.
