Went to rent a unit on half price sale this past weekend. I wouldn't leave my garbage there. For free! I don't know how this place got all the good reviews???
I had a wonderful experience at Public Storage with the help of Ashley. She was patient when listening to what I needed in my storage unit and did everything she could to meet my needs. I had a very short a amount of time to set aside to go there and she made the entire experience seamless.
Tonight I came to the property to move in and didn't realize the time. Thankfully Ashley was here to help I am so grateful that she came out her house on her own time to help me get out this gate. If not for her I'd be stuck here at public storage it was her kindness and patience I really appreciate. More workers like Ashley are needed in this world and I'm blessed she was here and offered me the help. Thank you so much Ashley.

It was is dirty, hot, very dated with wood doors, and the ceiling is plastic sheeting on the top floor. The parking lot is very small too. I went elsewhere.
Love the service! Clara was super helpful for me and my family last weekend. She walked me through the property and showed me the units. Clara was able to answer all of my questions and then some. Showed me my storage unit and I was very pleased to see how clean the property was. THANK YOU CLARA!
