Staff is always friendly, polite, and knowledgable about sales and promotions, in order to help customers get the best deal possible! They even helped my mom and I sign up for coupons thru the Michael's website.
This location is larger than the new Orleans location with larger selection and variety of craft materials. Well lighted, organized, and clean store. Would have given a 4star except had a very long wait to check out. Staff was very nice and helpful.
This craft store has anything imaginable to work with arts, decorating, baking, etc. The store's situated so that you may find what you're looking for, clear aisles, easy location and helpful staff.
