This place is stressful near Christmas. It has a good selection of stores, but can’t handle the number of people who want to shop there. Kinda rundown, but gets the job done if you need something quick. Otherwise, stick with amazon prime.
I've had exclusively bad experiences with Apple support until now. I made an appointment for Friday evening and the store was very busy. Bradley was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable about the product, and helpful explaining the problem/process for fixing it. He deserves a raise for sure. Unfortunately the issue with my phone is hardware-related so I'll have to get a new one, but I really appreciated that this is the one good experience I've had with this place. I left off a star because whenever I called to try and make an appointment, I was repeatedly reconnected to Apple Support, not the store.
I had a wonderful experience here. I was assigned a friendly girl to take care of my purchase. Everyone was professional and friendly. Will definitely be visiting this store again when I visit New Orleans again. Thank you.
although apple are good in business but if you want to be treated well and appreciated always send a mail to apple hq. Lake side manager will be calling you. Instead of spending hours waiting on line and when you book online and you come sharp on time you will have to wait another hour just to get to the bar.
After reading many of these reviews I was a little concerned about how long my visit to repair a cracked iphone screen might take. I did make an appointment a few days before. The store was VERY busy when I came in, but I was greeted quickly and checked in. I was helped by someone within 5 minutes of my appointment time, checked in, logged in my phone, and approved the repairs. They gave me a time to return. When I returned the store was even busier, but within 5 minutes they had brought out my phone, I checked out and I was done! The work fixed my phone and even fixed something I hadn't realized was a problem. My advice would be MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Walk in certainly doesn't seem the way to go. Every staff person I talked with was friendly and helpful. I take one star off because I think Apple charges more than they should for a screen replacement!
