IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT CLEANERS AND INEXPENSIVE YOU MUST GO TO METAIRIE CLEANERS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. GREAT SERVICE IN A WONDERFUL LOCATION
I had a good enough experience here. The staff when I dropped off the items were lovely. The picking up staff were fairly rude. However, they did a great job on my item and I was overall satisfied. I did find a new cleaner, though.

They cut the heels shorter without telling us. The shoes are ruined and you can't even walk in them.
3 stars until I see the results of my repairs. I needed the sole of a pair of kitten heels to be glued. I was told it's "not guaranteed". Okay, that's fine. But charging $20 to glue the sole of one shoe? Kind of crazy...but let's hope they hold up. They also told me this would take about 2 weeks to do.
