Charlotte and her team was great!! They were on time, very friendly, and exceeded my expectations for an initial visit. Their attention to detail was noticed even by my youngest children. They were friendly, and did a good job with the cleaning tasks. My base boards looked great, as did my floors and vents. I found it odd that they did not put anything back, though. They picked up rugs and small furniture, like a foot stool, to clean under it. This is wonderful, but then they didnt put it back down. I had to go around my house for 20 minutes putting all my furniture back in place. Thought that was strange for a cleaning service to do. All in all, good service with nice ladies. I would recommend.
I found The Maids a couple of years ago when I was pregnant with my son and needed some help around the house. These ladies come in and get the job done!!! Always professional, and trustworthy, I have found the team at The Maids takes care of the overhaul: great general house cleaning with teams of 3-4 ppl who each tackle a different part of the house, making for speedy and efficient cleaning results! The office staff and managers are wonderful and careful to confirm clean dates/times, and always offer positive solutions all around! Very happy with this service. They don't do laundry or dishes but it inspires me to get a few things prepped and cleaned before each arrival, so I don't mind! I'd recommend The Maids to families, singles or anyone who values their own time and clean, refreshed spaces. Oh, and they even leave little notes around the house confirming the disinfection of germs -- love it!!!
I met the ladies on their first visit and they were very nice and ready to go to work. My bathrooms sparkle and have never been so clean. The kitchen is spotless and the stainless steel shines. All the blinds have been dusted, fans cleaned, baseboards back to like-new and upholstery vacuumed. I could go on, but you get the idea. Job well done.
