My son and I visit here often. We love the atmosphere, laughs, he gets to eat pepperoni pizza and i enjoy the chips and salsas. We catch up and I get to play games with him!
Ordered curb side to go, no one brought out our food. Finally went in and my food was ignored my several employees. Finally got my food and it was clearly sitting on the counter for a while. When we got home our chips weren't the correct portion amount, our food was cold and dry, my sause and my potatoes were missing. Called in hopes of getting items replaced or refunded. When I told the employee about our order mishaps she put me on hold and didn't come back on the line for 20 minutes finally gave up. Won't go there again.
Cassie was such an amazing server! She was so attentive and constantly making sure our table was free of mess and empty plates. Our drinks never ran low and she was constantly checking on us. When we come back we will absolutely asked to be seated in her section if possible!
Very good service! The place was buzzing with activity. This visit was the best in a while! The server was extremely attentive. The food came out promptly and correctly!
An above-average Chili's! Same decent food with excellent service. They were very busy but took care of us cheerfully and efficiently.
