The service is great at this location. Excellent waitress and the food was sooo good!!
Ordered one thing and they couldnt even get it right then didnt want to make what i wanted and insisted that I buy what was made.
Placed an order to go. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order, which was mildly annoying. I left, sat down to eat my pancakes, and I realized that there was no whipped cream, powdered sugar, or butter included. Those are a huge part of the experience of chocolate chocolate chip waffles. There was the bare minimum of chocolate mixed in with the batter--I can still see yellow spots. To top it off, the servers and hostess were arguing about tables multiple times in front of me and other customers. I paid good money plus a tip for these and I was not pleased.
All I wanted was potato with peppers and onions. He gives me hashbrowns double charges for extra onion and then acts like I made the mistake. I ASKED FOR POTATO NOT HASHBROWNS IT SAYS IT RIGHT ON THE MENU.

Horrible just left after having had to wait for a server...we were seated and unattended for well over the time necessary and it wasn't busy at all. The table behind us was empty, dirty, got cleaned and patrons seated with menu and served with ice water well before anyone even addressed us. We got up and left and notified the manager of their poor service.
Went for lunch on Christmas eve. Not crowded. Fast service.
