Noha is amazing she really cares about giving good service and she is very knowledgeable.
I've never stepped foot inside the salon, but these guys have great customer service. I ordered some gift cards, and after ten days of not receiving them, decided to give them a call. I explained my situation to Cherie and she promptly cancelled the previous order and overnighted me what I needed!
Chelsey is absolutely fabulous and always makes me feel and look amazing. I always feel super comfortable with her and I know that I can trust whatever she does-- even when I'm not sure of what I want. I also have to brag on the shampoo staff-- this is probably my favorite part of the whole process! Super relaxing and exceeds every expectation of "getting your hair washed".
Bottom line-- you will not be disappointed with whatever service you choose at H20. PS-- ask for #chelseycurls :)
Loved having custom color & cut done by Holly. They use Paul Mitchell color with different hues for fabulous tones. Also have all the Kerastase products. Definitely state of art salon & spa. Will do full make up or touch ups so you leave beautiful. Fab spot in old Metairie.
