Do not book massage at the Old Metairie location! I booked an appointment and arrived at the time only to find I'm not in the system. The management here sucks. I've been warned but it was close to my doctor's office.
had a year long subscription was ok found 2 people that gave good massages but of course both of them quite spent the rest of the time trying to find somebody good with not much luck when I went to cancel after my 1 year it took about 10 phone calls for them to send out the form they kept giving excuses it must have gone to your spam well it didn't casue I checked there they charged me 2 more times before i had to drive down there to get the form POOR customer service

I had a massage scheduled at the uptown location and was expecting a call to confirm my appointment. I never received a call. I arrived at my appointment late, was told that I would not get a massage, yet was charged the full amount of the massage on my credit card. The manager was completely unsympathetic. I got the sense that this establishment is about making money, not about providing good customer service.
