Not bad for a Kmart during Christmas season, stocked, clean, check outs open. Surprised!
Waited in line for 30 minutes and there was only ONE person ahead of me. And only ONE line open. Then, after the woman ahead of me was punching in her pin number to close the sale (30 minutes later) the cashier looked at me and said "line5 just opened"...... I looked in disbelief that I had just waited this long and now she is telling me to go ahead and wait ANOTHER 'who knows how long' in a different line.. Now I see why Walmart is always the better option. Will never go to another Kmart again.
You’ll be okay coming here but if there is an issue requiring a manager, I doubt they have the staff to move quickly enough.
Stopped in just to see what they had on sale. They started turning off lights at 10 mins till closing and while being rushed out i end up leaving my bag of merchandise. Customer service isn't very customer friendly. I will be back but to return merchandise i just purchased and to pick up my left merchandise. Walmart will be my go to.......unfortunately.
I can see why Kmart is where they are in the US economy and why Louisiana is where they are ranked in education, STD, and obesity rates, lol. That spiraled down fast.
I have been here a couple of times a year to pick up random items.
Double charged 60 days still no refund. Manager refuses to help will not call or talk to in person. Straight up theft.
