Ordered and paid online. No package when I went to pick up even after having a confirmation number. Terrible service.
It was ok until we got to the register. The new guy was by himself. No one @ the childrens register. Sale clothes were not ringing up correctly. It took a long time. We finally got out after 25 mins. I am not ordering on line. I do not want my info. Out there.
I went there around 4pm. I couldn't find a cashier in the hardware side, the jewelry counters and the clothing side. Maybe everybody was on a smoke break.
Update: Received a coupon for the bad service. Guess what? Coupon not valid.
Decent selection of clothing -- not my #1 place to go for that sort of item. However, they have a good selection of appliances. I've purchased many from here & will buy more in the future.
