We had GORGEOUS bouquets and arrangements for our wedding. They were helpful, organized and talented! Definitely recommend them :)
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LEFT HIGH AND DRY. Flowers showed up 4 hours late so we could not use them for reception at our event. I had to call multiple times to see if they were coming and they didn't even have our order ready (which was confirmed and payed for). When the order showed up it was wrong. There was zero customer service and no follow up. I asked for a refund because what we received cost less than what we paid for and have not heard back.
Ordered the Premium Perfect Sun. Picture on their website shows multiple sunflowers and white roses. The bouquet received had only two sunflowers. 0 white roses. It's a nice arrangement, but it's not what I ordered, and the photo online is very misleading. The main reason I ordered that specific arrangement was for the sunflowers.
If you're black, do not support this store. These people are RACIST. Yes, I'm saying this from personal experience. I applied for a job for floral assistant position and wrote them my experience. I told them about me doing floral work at Whole Foods and how Flowers and plants are my passion, which they truly are. I love everything about nature, so anyways. I called the store and asked if they were hiring to confirm and the lady immediately told me no, rushed me off the phone in such a rude manner, but 20 minutes later....I see an email saying "Hi, Brittany. Yes we're hiring...when can you come in for an interview?"---but when I called earlier, you said the position was filled???. I guess she heard that I was a black woman on the phone and didn't think from my email, it was the same person. This immediately rubbed me the wrong way, so I wasn't going to go, but These people emailed me twice and call me like 3 times trying to get me to come in for an interview, so I did. And when I did, the lady(named Lisa) is looking at me like "what are you in here for?" I politely smiled and told her my name and that I was here for an interview for 2:00. The interview was 3 minutes...no exaggeration. A real floral interview persist of you actually doing a few arrangements to show your skills. I know because I have done an floral interview before. In my last floral interview, I made a dozen rose arrangement, a plant basket, and small personalized arrangement to show my skills. She asked like 3 questions and couldn't wait to rush me out of the door and when I reached to shake her hand, she claimed she was "sick"....she sound and looked perfectly fine. Not one symptom of sickness...no cough, no runny nose, no sniffles. So, a friendly warning to the black community. Don't spend your money where you are NOT WELCOMED. Support someone who supports you.
Had them send my wife flowers for our anniversary. Flower exceeded my expectations..very courteous and helped me pick out a great arrangement. Will be doing more business with them in the future....thank you so much...
