I ordered flowers Monday morning for a Tuesday morning funeral. Not only did the arrangement not arrive, they were not apologetic about their error.
I order flowers from this florist online and also confirmed the order the next day via phone. I informed them if there was any issues with the deliver to contact me as my sister is deaf and would not be able to discuss anything on the phone. On the day of delivery, 10 minutes before closing a very rude woman called and told me the flowers could not be delivered because no one answered at the delivery location. I proceeded to tell her again that she did not get a call back because she is deaf and that I confirmed she was going to be home all day for delivery. This woman told me that was not her problem and argued with me as to why my sister has a voicemail if she is deaf! The flowers were never deliver! There was never any option to rectify the situation and certainly never an apology! Worst experience ever! These people have the worst customer service and should not be in business!

I have used this florist on several occasions, sometimes purchasing a pre-designed arrangement and sometimes simply telling them what it was for (birthday, anniversary, etc) and my budget. Each time they have always been delivered on time in a beautiful arrangement that impresses. Great service and excellent value.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY BUSINESS!
I used this Florist for the first time and I am surprised by some of the negative comments. I sent flowers to a funeral but made a mistake on the card. The girl was very helpful and even told me she would not be there the following day but gave me the names of who would be working. The flowers were not only exactly like the picture but bigger and more beautiful than I expected. This florist is TOP NOTCH!!!
