I work at a school and we have had a few deliveries that had arrived after the school day had ended and faculty /staff were no longer on campus. Also, my husband works at the same school and I had tried to send him an arrangement a few years ago when we were dating and they tried delivered at 4:00 pm...to a school. Obviously, the school was closed and my anniversary surprise was ruined. They attempted to deliver to his house and the arrangement had been taken by someone else and eaten!!! I called to complain and they offered me a coupon on my next purchase, despite my request for a full refund. My main complaint is that you can say that you would like something delivered to a business by a certain time but apparently they deliver in the order that the requests were placed so it may get delivered outside of business hours. My experiences with the Metairie location have been terrible.
Horrible service. I placed a order at 2:00pm on 10-23-17 @ 4pm today still haven't gotten it delivered to my kids school. Reason because they been busy. How is it busy if u have 1 truck driver? I had to go and get my money back. Metairie needs a NEW STORE OWNER OR NEW WORKERS
Ordered an arrangement for my mother in laws 80th birthday and paid for delivery. They delivered when she was not home and left a door hanger. When she called the store afterwards she was told that she was going to have to come get it, despite us paying for delivery. If she wanted the most to redeliver she would have to pay another $15 fee. We called the store from Tampa to complain. They said they delivered. But a card and an arrangement are two different things. The manager was very rude to my husband. So we contacted corporate who stated that company policy is to not charge for a second re delivery. They promised to contact the store to make sure the items wer delivered the next day and remind them of company policy. However, my mother in law waited at home all day today and no delivery. Based on reviews here, its highly likely that the fruit will have gone bad anyway. We will be disputing the $85 on our charge card and ordering something from Sheris berries instead. How is this company or at least this location even still in business?
This company makes no attempt to verify a recipient is home before delivery. Delivery was attempted and they left a note stating we would have to pick up the item at their business. Called them to reschedule delivery but they refused. We had an emergency and were unavailable. This delivery policy is just bad business. Not recommended!
They Forgot To Deliver My Order! And Ruined My Surprise For My Girlfriend! Stalled Her Stay Home, My Order Was Ready At 2pm And They Close At 8pm. So They Had Enough Time To Deliver It, And When Called Them, They Did Not Care That They Made A Mistake! So I Will Never Do Business With This Location Again! They Make Edible Arrangement Look Bad!! Very Unprofessional!!!
