Elizabeth aka "Queen " was knowledgeable available for questions but not pushy. Willie the delivery guy was kind and respectful of my new furniture as well as my new house. James the warehouse manager was eager to please when I needed a question answered the day of delivery when Elizabeth was not available to assist me. Oh and most importantly the price was better then the competitor. I will shop at Comeauxs again.
We were browsing for a sectional after having gone to most furniture stores in town where everything looked the same. However, after walking in to Comeaux furniture where they had so much more to offer and not the same stuff as the other places, we were sold by not only the very nice "different" things they had to offer, but the warm welcome and assistance that our sales associate Cecilia provided was like no other!!!! With that said, this is the place to go if you're looking for different, reasonable & warm customer service.
Scott and Tyrus were so patient and helpful. I needed to put my old washer/dryer in the garage. It was absolutely no problem. My new washer and dryer needed to go to the second floor.They were super careful and considerate. They made sure the connections were correct and ran the cycle to make sure all was in working order. I am very pleased by the service.
Shopping was a pleasure; Elizabeth was a professional consultant, well-versed in her craft. I told her what I was looking for, and she proceeded to effortless take me through my choices. She met my time need, and was able to call within a week to clear for my desired arrival date. Kevin and Scott proceeded to unload the room full of furniture in an expeditious manner, removing all cardboard and/or filler. I was impressed by their professionalism in executing the construction of the bed frame.
They were prompt and professional. Tyrus and Scott delivered and setup our appliance. They were quick, efficient and friendly. Willie came back out to our location because we requested the door to open from a different side. He also was quick, efficient and friendly.
