Wonderful furniture! Recently ordered a bedroom set from La-Z-Boy and I love it! Came in quicker than expected and is made well. I have 2 sofas and a recliner that are about 6 years old and haven't had any issues!
These people will bully you to purchase merchandise. Never received money back Would highly recommend you go elsewhere. Very poor customer service
Definitely LIARS!!!! They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to buy something. Delivery tomorrow....no problem! Special order...no problem. Free delivery....no problem. As soon as they have the chair charged to your credit card, then the list of excuses comes out....IF you can get them to return your call. The truck was delayed......the factory is behind on orders....several drivers are out....I'll call and see if I can find out what's going on (never return your call).......well, I really don't understand why you haven't heard anything about your chair yet....some machines broke down and they're working on it......Go to the Covington store. You've been warned!
They never really have any good deals. But the sales associates were helpful. Although they do try every way to get you to buy their couches right there right then though. Like any other furniture store.
I am on my second sofa and loveseat from them. The first set was damaged badly and in many places. The manager Josh told me he didn’t make the furniture when I complained!! LOL!!! And I complained A LOT!! The second set is not much better. One of the recliners on the love seat does not work. 16 weeks and counting. Have them send a third set or get a full refund? Oh the decisions!!
