I went into Rooms To Go sometime in October. And at the door upon entry, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Dan. While working work Dan do design my property, the experience was extremely pleasurable. As my interest sparked with the many different pieces of furniture, Dan was making the experience increasingly better by recommending cheaper and more comfortable pieces. My place looks amazing. And keeping tabs on the deliveries and always looking to push delivery dates up to receive my pieces. Will recommend more people to go, and will be coming back. Very appreciative of the customer service.
The salesman Did not try to over sell my need. I told him what I was interested in he understood and sold me exactly what I wanted. Very good experience!
My husband and I went there for a bedroom set and mattress. It was our one year anniversary gift to ourselves. Well, long story short, I had to take two days off of work (with no pay). No one has empathy. My anniversary has come and gone and I STILL do not have it set up 5 days later (we bought the set well in advance of our anniversary). On top of it all, they want either my husband or I to take off of work again so that it can be convenient for them. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere where customer service actually cares in case there is a problem. Even if customer service contacts you, you can't trust that anything will get done and no one will call you back.
Good selection, decent prices but keep in mind buying furniture is like a used car - sales people can be shifty and mark-ups can be high.
Memorial day we purchased a new mattress and box spring I'm happy with the furniture but not with the sales person who told me they would take our old mattress ,but when the time for delivery and pick up of our old mattress they refused to take it on the grounds it had a stain the size of a tablespoon! We were agitated to say the least, then this pass week we decided to give them another shot we went in and looked at all the recliners our sales man Dan a nice guy but obviously does not know what he's selling he promised us we could purchase an electric recliner and not have to plug into electricity that we could go to home depot and buy a battery charger pack because we wanted to put the chair in the center of the room well when it was delivered I was at work I came home to find out no that's was not true that you MUST PLUG in the wall that you can not use a battery pack to run the chair!!!!!- well needless to say we will NEVER buy from rooms to go again either they don't train their sales people on their products are they train them to LIE to the customer to make a sale NEVER AGAIN
