I really enjoyed the service of the workers here and I recommend this facility to anyone who needs a safe storage place. I will definitely come back to do business with Extra Space again!
Rochelle is beyond exceptional in customer service, she is the one that I met upon arrival at Extra Space Storage. I was really happy that I chose this place from my google search. I had called a few places but didn’t have a good feeling about them. When I called Extra Space, they had the best price around. The only thing I didn’t like was their requirement to buy insurance, but that’s the same as the other storage places. I’ve recently met another employee, Robin, that shares the same expertise in customer service.
I have 3 units at this location and would definitely recommend. The facility is always kept clean and the climate storage is great! Have always received great customer service from Rochelle and Robin in the office as well. Always friendly and willing to help.
EDIT 12/10/12... NEVER DO BUSINESS OR WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! you can say when I wrote my 1st review, I judged by “sign the contract experience”!!! In the 2 short months it’s been NOTHING but a problem, my first month they run my card TWICE, after telling me they wouldn’t run my card unless I told them too. The second time they ran the card I received a overdraft fee from bank. When I spoke to Rochelle about this, I was informed it’s not there problem it’s the banks issue... HELLO YOU RAN MY CARD TWICE AND AFTER YOU SAID MY CARD WOULD NOT BE USED!!! Today, on a Sunday I go to my storage to get my sons breathing treatment machine to be denied access to gates or not making a payment the day before on Saturday, this is after talking to Rochelle and informing her I got paid Saturday and I’ll be there to make my payment. When I went satyto make payment no one was in office. So what do they do deny my access! Ohhhh and they “say” they have a emergency # and tell if you can get in storage if it’s important, a manager lives on site... yeah NO # is listed on door, answer machine and I don’t believe contract either. THEY SAY DONT JUDGE A NOOK BY ITS COVER, well he is my follow up experience with this storage company!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!! Absolutely hands down the friendliest staff I spoke to on my mission to find storage! Rochelle was very polite when returning my call from online and explained everything to me. I did tell her I had one other storage company to call on Clearview before making my final decision but "that call", I felt as If i was a inconvenience when I asked to come view units and not to mention NOT friendly. So I drive straight to meet Rochelle at Extra Space. I walked into the office to 2 smiling happy faces, Rochelle and Robin. We walked and viewed the unit which was very clean and cool. Rochelle explained everything from where to park to unload, elevators, gates, security, times, payment options... EVERYTHING. She was very patient as I had 1,000 questions because I never had a storage before. Thanks ladies for all your help and for entertaining me and making me feel welcomed while it poured and I decided to hang around. Great customer service... Great location... Clean facility!
The facility and units were clean. On site management was helpful and friendly. It was explained clearly ip front that corpprate goes up on rates every 6 months.
So I would recommend this place to anyone looking that wants the best price. The bonus is thet they have an excellent staff. Win-win.
