Good location right by the airport.
Terrible location. Rude and unhelpful. The van was nice but we returned it to night drop and didn't record the mileage. Brandy, the rude associate, called me this morning claiming my card had declined and she needed it again. I had to get up hours before planned since I had worked 15 hours the day before only to find out it was a problem with her system. No big deal I guess. She has a job to do. She then had to call me back 30 minutes later with the final bill. When I asked for the final balance and then the mileage she was confused and said she had to call me back 20 minutes later she called back to let me know it was 130 miles. To which I asked for the original paper work she said I have the copy. I said I want the original that was handed to my staff and left in the van. I don't have it your responsible that it. They claim we drove 130 miles. I mapped our route and came up with 84 so give or take 15 miles is not 130 exactly. Sorry I find the fact that is was an even number even more suspicious. It's such a shame we use uhaul all the time for business. Never have we encountered should a bad location. On top of the fact that they charged a cleaning fee for the first time ever for a van that simply had storage containers in it. What did you have to clean?
Maintain a long term storage unit with these folks for business use and, despite occasionally causing them some inconvenience, they're always super nice and understanding.
