alon Experience - Please do not go to the salon at JCPenney and have your hair styled by Saysha. I went as a new client and told her I am not one who likes to cut their hair. She said I needed my ends cut and that was fine. But she cut like 3-4 inches off my hair. I had hair that reached half way down my back. I ended up with hair just below my shoulders. I was devastated. I'm still devastated and this happen in August. I don't know if she wasn't paying attention because all she did was talk. I should have known better because she had a client before and she cut too much of her hair. It took forever for my hair to grow and now I have to wait until it comes back. You trust that they know what they are doing because they are considered master stylist but this was terrible. I will never use their salon again.
I was going to another salon inside a big box store when I decided quality mattered more than price. It took about 2.5 hours for a wash and blow dry. The price was double what I usually pay and I was told they couldn’t separate each service out. I was obviously double charged because I’ve been to another JCP salon where everything was itemized. Not really the place for me but there seems to be quality stylists working here.
Came in to get just to get dead ends trimmed & banged shapes up. Ryan was excellent! He had me in & out within an hour & did a great job. He's very easy going & makes good conversation. Highly recommend him!
