I never rented a car before, went to like 4 different places to get quotes...one place didn't even want to give me an exact amount I would have to pay, which made me very wary of their tactics. Alex at Avis (budget) was able to give me an exact quote in minutes. Even gave me a free upgrade and plenty of advice for my road trip. Totally recommend this place to anyone renting a car. Excellent customer service and you know what to expect the whole way. No surprises. No useless insurance add ons.
