I made a reservation for my mom, spending her vacations in New Orleans. When she got there the person in charge of the place, told her she needed to pay the reservation fee plus a $25 per day insurance, they did not giver her any choice of insurance plan, as she refused to accept, they told her they could give her a $17 insurance plan. She needed the car so she accepted the charge, as she gave the credit card, they told her that she will be charged with the fee plus a deposit for the car, normal in all rent-a-cars. What is not normal, is that they asked for a $250 deposit IN CASH AND A SECOND CREDIT CARD for the car, that if she did not give them that she would not be able to take the car. She did not accept and left. I have used a lot of rent a car places and they have never charged me more than what the fee, insurance and deposit should be. Thanks a lot enterprise, made my mom's vacation start in a great way. CAN'T POST WITH NO STARS.

Excellent, I use them for my trip once a year back home. Never had any problems and always in and out. They are very nice and even brought me home last minute when my ride home fell through!
I had to rent a car due to an accident. The team on Airline Drive was excellent. Taylor took great care to make sure that I had the proper car and that we knew all of the details about the contract and what insurance was covering.
Returning the car was very easy. We got in and out and it only took about 10 minutes.
