Long holds, limited at best availability, and nobody really knows what they are doing from what it seems.
I was given a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, which was a dream to drive. My 4-star rating is due to the car not being washed prior to rental, I even wrote my initials in the dust. You can do better Hertz.

An outstanding team of associates are waiting to help you!!! You don't find service like this just anywhere. These folks are ready to help you get into a rental car that is clean and reliable. They also have a good sense of humor and can make it fun! We loved everyone of them!!!
