I went here 3 separate times and loved every Doctor and NP that we have seen. Accurate diagnosis. Very caring and knowledgeable. Awesome experiences. I'm so glad we found this facility! I will be switching to Children's affiliated Drs and Hospital
My son came down with the flu while we were visiting from Virginia. This place is clean, efficient, and the staff was very professional. Dr. Firestone was attentive and knowledgeable and a quick diagnosis was made. After returning home and starting the medicine, most was lost from the bottle after being dropped. We needed a duplicate prescription. They quickly responded and immediately called a prescription in so my son could finish his course without missing a dose. Security even offered to walk us to the car because it was dark out. I am a healthcare professional and I highly recommend this place.
Waited I room for over an hour before we saw a doctor that didnt sound to confident in her evaluation.

We have been here 3 times, two of three times we were misdiagnosed. On Sunday, June 18th, 2017, went there at 10:00 AM, ladies in the back were talking and didn't bring us to the back until 10:30 AM. NP came in and said my son had a double ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. The next day we had our one year old visit with our regular doctor and was told by the NP to keep the appointment. We showed up at the appointment to get told my son did not have a double ear infection and the reason for his high fever was something viral and to stop taking the antibiotics. The previous visit back in January was for high fever with one kid and husband already having the flu and our six month old with a high fever. The doctor never tested for the flu and just told us to monitor him and bring him to his regular doctor if it got worse. Ended up the next day at the doctor's office and they tested for the flu, which of course was positive.
