Very unhelpful I felt undesired in the store and waited 20 minutes for me to finally find out that someone couldn't help me and what I was looking for horrible customer service

I went in to have my ring sized down and it is a lot thinner on the bottom now. The process also cost a lot more than it does at other stores. Go elsewhere for this type of process
This store never told me I could get inspections at a local sister store until my wife missed an inspection and had trouble with her ring. When I later went into another store to replace it the sales woman told me that if I lived outside of a certain distance it was mandatory that I be informed I can take it to a store closer to my house. I called customer service they said they didn't have to tell us that, we should have read the fine print on our paper work. DONT BUY FROM JAREDS WITHOUT FIRST MAKING SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT ON ALL PAPERWORK!!!!!
Great customer service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. There didn't seem to be any pushy salesman types here. The person helping us was so patient and caring.
