For our 30-year anniversary, I went to Ramsey's to look at diamonds for a replacement in my wife's wedding ring. The stone had been lost a few years ago. I shopped online first but found Ramsey's offered very competitive pricing. Customer service really made the difference in choosing Ramsey's. Jessica was amazing... she helped me find the perfect diamond. They were able to get the stone placed in my original ring within a few days. My wife was very surprised and excited to receive this ring. Ramsey's made my shopping experience better than I could have expected.
Words cannot even begin to express how extraordinary our experience was at Ramsey’s!! From the moment we walked in the door to choose an engagement ring, it was unique and different than any other. We visited several places before choosing Ramsey’s and no one listened to us. Either we were ignored or they tried to push something on us that was not even close to what we wanted. Soon after walking through the doors at Ramsey’s, we were greeted by Sean, smiling and ready to listen! He knew we were set on a certain style and there would be no exceptions. After searching the store and not having any luck, Ramsey’s custom made what we wanted. Exactly one month to the day from when we first walked through the doors, we have the exact ring that we wanted!!! Sean was an absolute pleasure to work with!! He listened to us, educated us and was patient. We have exactly what we wanted because of Sean and Ramsey’s. We could not have asked for a better experience and give 100 stars!!! We thank Sean for taking the time and making this a truly blessed experience!!!! We are grateful he was able to be part of our special journey.
We were received warmly by the specialists at Ramsey's even though we didn't have an appointment. There were 6 in our group, but they listened patiently and carefully to what we needed to have done with the heirloom rings from our mother. They communicated well with each of us during the design process. I received my beautiful ring as promised even though I live out of town. I would highly recommend Ramsey's.

Highly recommended!! Purchasing an engagement ring could have been stressful and overwhelming. Fortunately for me, Sara and Sean, were the best team to help me. They took the time to sit me down and teach me about diamonds and the grading system; showing me numerous different diamonds and showing me what to look for. I fell in love with the diamond at Ramsey’s and knew that there was no need to shop anywhere’s else. My fiancee is in love with every single aspect of her ring and I couldn’t be happier.
