The contempt and indifference towards clients is shocking. Dr Rich has no interest or concern about his patients. Thank goodness that this was a recheck and not a sick bird.
Dr. Rich and Dr. Pence are outstanding veterinarians. You can really tell the entire team truly loves what they do.
I will never return to this place again. It is horrifying.
I was there with my bird today for over 5 hrs and never got seen. When I came out of the exam room after 2 hrs to see if there was a problem, the vet had his feet up, joking with his staff and playing with his dog.

Great place for sugar gliders. My 6 year old broke a toe and unfortunately had to have it amputated. He is acting just like normal and doesn't even seem to be affected by it!
The only place to take your pet if you have a guinea pig. Dr. Pence is amazing and all the staff really care about the animals. I’ve boarded my pet here while on vacation and never had to worry if she was in good hands. I come back knowing she’s been well taken care of and loved.
If you go here, pack a lunch. The average wait time (from my last 4 visits) is 4-6 HOURS. There were no emergencies, no client back-up, just incompetence and lack of interest.
