All of of my pets come here now. Dr Leonard (veterans location) is a great vet! He does a wonderful job with my large dog (who less than favors going to the doctors) and cats. He is very personable and even calls you to follow up to see how they're doing if they needed medications or a procedure. The staff is always friendly and if you're coming in for an issue and not just a checkup, they will be sure to get you in as early as possible.
Im very disappointed with the petsmart here in louisana/on veterans...i have never had some much trouble getting and appointment for my cat since i got here.....the one on veterans hung up on me while making an appointment and didnt bother to call back......if thats the way the take care of the customer i can only image how they take care of your pets....i have been with petsmart for a long time in texas and never had problems like these.....
