When the regular vet said there was nothing more he could do for my dog's kidney problem, we went to Dr Sagrera. A couple of simple changes was all it took for my dog's vitals to go back to normal!
I came to get a prescription as directed by my vet. The lady at the desk had me wait for 15 minutes.. ( they seemed to only be able to help one person at a time in spite of two people at the desk.) then she said
"its not your fault but next time bring a prescription' . And then as I was leaving they closed the gate on my car. When I asked what they wanted to do they disappeared ... took about 8 minutes before anyone responded but no one but the desk girl bothered to come out and
apologize .. It was odd. finally, they were not friendly, not smiling, and with sick animals it really helps if people are. at least, friendly.
