I really enjoyed working with Mike in the internet sales department. I've read some other reviews and people are comical in their expectations and judgements. First, Bergeron treated me with respect, found the Wrangler I wanted -even at another dealership, and did some upgrades to the Wrangler for me and covered it under warranty. The whole experience was great and I would go there again. In fact, I did and purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Got a great deal even though I looked at several other dealerships' pricing. Mike stayed with us very late in the evening showing us all the cool features even though he had plans with his wife. Again - super awesome to deal with. In fact, I even went back again, got more upgrades to my Wrangler with aftermarket parts that they installed. Phenomenal job. Totally pleased. If you are an emotional idiot and have no clue how about business, don't go anywhere - everyone will disappoint you. If you want a great dealership who is ethical and is involved in our community, then you will be happy with Bergeron Jeep - just my humble opinion.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. This is by the far most unprofessional dealership I’ve been to in my entire life. They do not speak and when you walk in just look at you as if there is something on your face. A manager Told my wife the jeep was available and when we got there guess what no Jeep..... my wife and I were very upset that we walked out and went to purchase our Jeep At Lakeshore Dodge. Never again will I come here or refer anyone here.
Gave a 1 star because I couldn't give a 0 star. Service technician Craig is very service uneducated. Be very careful with his diagnosis as the fog light bulb was burnt on our 2016 Dodge Ram. Craig's diagnosis was the truck was used for mud riding and wires were ripped out and needed to be replaced (not covered under warranty) we do not mud ride. After leaving Bergeron our truck was brought to another shop for diagnosis as they discovered NO wires ripped out, just a burnt bulb. It has been changed and working properly. We did have another issue with the Ram that is our fault for not taking action sooner but we will have that taken care of by another service company. We have a business with 3 Dodge Ram trucks and also own a 2015 Wrangler. Bergeron will never see any of our vehicles again. We receive tons of compliments on our Jeep Wrangler which we have always given a good word on Bergeron. I suggest if you are needing service DO NOT use Bergeron Auto Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This has caused myself to NEVER purchase from them again. We will do everything in our power to stop anyone from making a purchase from Bergeron Chrysler in Metairie La.
I had my Challenger serviced by Bergeron earlier this year to change the differential fluid under warranty. Took them 3 days to do a 30 min job. They never called me and every time I tried to call no one would answer. I had to physically show up at the dealership to demand my car back. Recently, my differential started making noise and popping. I took my car to Ray Brandt this time. They found the differential fluid level low, with metal shavings. Ending up replacing the entire differential and it sounds much better.
