We went to look at a van they had for sale walked around outside for 10 minutes went inside waited 5 minutes they wouldn't even look up from their computer to help us, we were the only customers there and they had two employees, we walked out very slowly nobody came out after us so we left.
Went to go look at a car, and Frank, the salesman, was really pushy about the sale. Under pressure, we mistakenly put $200 as a deposit so we could get the rest of the money. Money fell through so called the next day to get get deposit back, and he says he won't do it. Never did he say it was nonrefundable, nor did he give any indication that it wouldn't be possible to get the money back. I would not recommend this car dealer to anybody.
Horrible customer service.
