My time spent with enterprise was great. My sales person was awesome, friendly and kind. Catering to my needs. The only thing I did not like was losing the money I paid out to have the vehicle transferred. The first vehicle did not meet my specifications that I wanted in my vehicle. As I said previously my sales person didn't stop until I was satisfied. I had to pay out of pocket again for a transfer fee, that I felt should have been waived since the first vehicle was not what I wanted. Otherwise the experience was great.
Went in ready to buy, cash in hand, but sales rep kept leaving the room to greet & wait on other customers, so it took nearly three hours to complete our transaction. Better overall experience than most dealerships, but didn’t live up to our expectations based on their reputation.
