I bought a car from him. He made it seem he was giving me a deal....well I wish I wouldn't have done it. The car been nothing but trouble from the start!!! Now I see another review within the last week negative. Maybe you should put a Facebook review like I did...maybe it'll help stop people from getting beat by this guy...
MR. LA ROCCA AND I MET ABOUT 9 YEARES AGO AFTER MY HUSBANDS DEATH. I HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANY CARS UNTIL AFTER HIS DEATH.. MY HUSBAND ALWAYS WOULD BUY A NEW LINCOLN EVERY 2 YEARS WHICH I WAS NEVER IN FAVOR OF. I WANTED TO TRY TO BUY A GOOD USED CAR TO SAME SOME CASH , BUT HE WOULD NOT GO FOR IT. I HAVE PURCHASED ABOUT 7 AUTOS FROM MR LA ROCCA OVER A 10 YEAR PEROID . I GOT EACH ONE OF MY GRANDCHILDREN , AND MY SON WHO IS STILL DRIVING HIS AFTER 10 YEARS AND STILL RUNS WONDERFUL, HE LOVES THAT CAR. THE KIDS WOULD GET INTO WRECKS AND WE WOULD GO TO MR LA ROCCA AND GET THEM ANOTHER AUTO .MY FAMILY NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANY OF THE AUTOS. BECAUSE HE DOES NOT SELL JUNK , IT ALWAYS THE TOP OF THE LINE FOR HIM TO GUARD HIS REPUTATION IN THE USED AUTO BUSINESS. HE IS A VERY SWEET AND KIND MAN AND IT IS A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM ABOUT THE AUTO HE IS ALWAYS A PHONE CALL AWAY TO HELP YOU BY, DOTTY LUCKOW KRASNOFF.
Horrible experience with Mr Larocco he was a complete douche and countinuously answered questions with "what does it matter" and "it doesnt make a difference" and was very rude not only that but he also posted pictures online that were VERY misleading from the actual condition of the car. The lady that worked there was very nice and answered all of my questions to the best of her ability but sadly I would never go there again and I would recommend the same to you.
Honest and friendly staff. Very pleased with the quality and condition of my car. Will come back in the future.
This experience was very pleasant from start to finish and thus far the 4Runner seems to be in great shape. I appreciated the owner working with me and staying until 6:30 on a Saturday night to complete the transaction.
