Paretti Mazda has truly proven to me that they are a class act of a dealership. I was having some issues with service I had done at the Paretti service department on my brand new 2016 Mazda CX-9 and wrote a public Google review. The owner of Paretti as well as the service manager contacted me in less than 24 hours after I posted the review and went above and beyond to correct the situation. They fully compensated me for the issue at hand and even threw in some extra for my trouble. Thank you Paretti Mazda for putting forth the effort to earn my trust back and for being so accommodating!

When it came time to talk business, he was an absolute professional and still laid back enough to keep me comfortable. He was up front and honest with us every step of the way. Went out of his way to accommodate us with the few issues that arose during our buying process. This guy is who you want to deal with when you buy a car.
The staff at Paretti respected my timeline in regard to purchasing a vehicle, which was much more than what I could say of other local dealers. When I was ready the process was smooth and easy and I was able to enjoy purchasing my first car!
I had the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had in there "services" department. The "service consultants" are anything but that, as soon as I walked in I could tell none of them wanted to be bothered with me, and honestly, I get that feeling every time I go in there, they don't even smile. I told Ryan V. that I had an appointment for an oil change. He didn't even look up at me and said okay and put his hands out so I could give him my keys. He never asked my name, never asked if I would be waiting in the waiting room, never told me how long the wait would be, even though I had an appointment. Nothing. After waiting for an hour, he came up to me and said it should be 5 minutes longer, that my car was going through the car wash. 30 minutes went by and nothing, finally I saw my car parked up front and Ryan was no where to be found. After another 15 minutes, I walked up and asked the front desk woman (who was the only one in there that had any ounce of customer service skills) if my car was ready. She said it was and that the service consultant should've told me it was ready but he must've left for lunch. He knew that I was sitting in the lobby waiting, it would have taken him 2 seconds to just tell me it was ready. And I know the manager will probably reply to this and say he spoke with his staff about it, yea right, it is a bunch of bull because it is like this every single time I go in there. Had I known this, I would have never purchased at Paretti. We spend so much money on these vehicles and the maintenance that the least they could do is look at you when you speak or pretend that they are happy to help, but that has never been the case, and I don't think it ever will be.
Recently made a purchase from salesman Gregory Lowe and could not be any happier with the entire experience. My wife an I hit multiple dealerships and had enough crappy experiences to turn us off to buying a new vehicle at all. We pulled in to Paretti about 30 minutes before they closed for the day and struck up a little small talk with Lowe. He gave us space and time to look without hassling us or hovering over our shoulder the whole time.

We purchased a Mazda6 from Paretti this weekend and it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Jacob Adams was our great sales person. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. And best, he listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle and helped us easily find the car we were looking for. We asked him to call us with an offer. Knowing it was a great fair price, we agreed to go back the next day to complete the purchase. All paperwork was ready and waiting for us the next day, as well as our car waiting to drive off! Craig has a great team at this dealership and I'll recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
